Landpirol is an International Grade A Showjumper. This impressive son of International Showjumper Landphoenix is an upstanding horse with a beautiful head, perfect conformation, stunning paces, technique over a fence, scope and proven success at stud make him one of the most exciting prospect for UK breeders to access one of the most prolific classic Oldenburg bloodlines. He has a fantastic temperament, a very kind eye and excellent bloodlines linking him to some of the top International Showjumpers of all time including Landgraf, Ladykiller and Tin Rocco and also the internationally renowned stallion Landadel. He is an ideal choice for mares requiring more quality and athleticism. He is a modern example of the Oldenburg breed, carrying 55.29% Thoroughbred. We consider him to be a multi-purpose sire for top class showjumpers,dressage horses, event horses and working hunters.

Approved and lifetime licensed with the Oldenburg Verband, he passed his 70 day test with a great overall score of 110 and an outstanding jumping score of 128.72 in jumping, he finished 4th at his stallion performance test in 2001 at Adelheidsdorf and 12th place overall. Afterwards he won elementary and medium level tests in the young horse series. Landpirol was campaigned up to Grand Prix classes with placings in Europe. He was a multiple winner of 6 year old classes and was placed 11th in the Final of the Bundeschampionat as a 5 year old and again 4th in the Kleine Finale as a 6 year old under the saddle of Marco Kutscher, competing up to 1.40m classes. He was then sold to Italy where he competed successfully on the International Showjumping circuit ridden by Antongiulio Pieraccini and Vieri Mugnaini. Landpirol also competed up to Advanced Level Dressage with Italian Dressage Rider Francesca Pollara who is currently qualifying to compete on the Italian Dressage team at the 2012 Olympics.

He throws quality athletic stock inheriting his excellent temperament and have all the makings of tough, sound, quality competition horses. Landpirol has the ability to inject quality into all types of Mares. He has consistently produced his own stamp over and over again. He has already marked his progeny in Germany with success. Last year’s results include several wins and placings in 1.35m (class M1*) for most of his progeny as well as excellent results in the young horse classes for dressage & jumping. They are inheriting his fabulous temperament and ride ability thus making them very trainable.

Landphoenix reached the stratosphere of International Showjumping. Line bred on his dams side over the Westphalian trademark Stallion, Pilot, the stallion was a finalist at the 1999 Bundeschampionat, won a jumping competition just for stallions in Sögel and has meanwhile made a reputation internationally as a competition sire.

Landadel was champion of his 100 day test at Medingen in 1985. A stallion who sired top dressage as well as jumping horses as was seen in the 2001 World Cup Finals, Leondardo da Vinci in the dressage and Little Gun in the showjumping. In the 1999/2000 WBFSH rankings he had 14 representatives on the jumping and 3 on the dressage list. Landadel is regarded as the most important son of Landgraf and carries a double cross of the great Lady Killer. His stallion sons include, Le Cou Cou, Landfriese, Landstern and Landjonka. He is the sire of 4 Oldenburg stallion licensing champions Lord Kemm. Lagoheidor, Landkaiser and Laudaatio. He is also the sire of Lady Weingard ridden by Marcus Beerbaun.

Landgraf was licensed in 1968. After the 1975 Equitana in Germany, where Landgraf easily cleared a 6'6" fence several times a day, the international riders started to buy his offspring. He ultimately became the most significant show jumping sire of the 20th century. Nearly sixty colts by Landgraf I have been licenced for the Holsteiner stud book. His best jumping stallions are Landadel and Libero H.

Maroja Her exceptional Oldenburg bloodlines were crossed to the thoroughbred to add stamina, strength and speed ideal for dual purpose competition horses. Her stock is renowned for their trainability.

Noble Roi xx one of the most successful thoroughbred sires in German warmblood breeding according to his FN breeding value ratings. He was the most successful thoroughbred sire in both 1995 and 1996, and his progeny have been top in all disciplines, showjumping, dressage, and 3 day eventing. In addition to his best showjumping success, Noble Champion, Noble Roi has presented a number of top Verden and Vechta auction horses. And, he has produced two other licensed sons–Nintendo and Noble Boy. In his first warmblood foal crop, Noble Roi scored the rare 9.0 for his 29 foals as 25 were awarded the status of Premium Foal.

Windwurf xx was one of the great European racehorses of the seventies-Racehorse of the Year 1976 and Year 1977, winner of the Preis von Europa in 1975 and 1976, Grosser Preis von Nordrhein-Westfalen in 1976 and 1977, Grosser Preis von Baden in 1977, and total stakes of more than 1.3 million DM, with a handicap of 101.5kg. As a source of improving blood in the warmblood breeding industry he also sired 5 graded sons including Kaiserjager xx, New Wonder xx and Rio Grande xx.

Tin Rocco is licensed with the Holstein and Oldenburg studbooks, and shares the same dam as Lux and Lord Roman, both licensed with the Oldenburg studbook. Tin Rocco, who won ten conformation tests as a three year old and competed in Grand Prix jumping winning the Preis Von Blankenesse in Hamburg/Klein Flottbek (Derby Show). Approved sons include, Traumtanzer and Torero. In the 1990 FN breeding statistics Tin Rocco leads as the most successful sire of event horses of his age group.

Tin Rod XX (Tin Whistle XX), was a grey English TB of large frame and excellent movement.
